JUSTICE TRAVESTY: I.C.T.Y. will sentence Mr. Vojislav Seselj on October 30th- after 10 years and 8 months of illegal imprisonment !?

ANOTHER SCANDALOUS DECISION BY OPENLY ANTI-SERBIAN TRIBUNAL…

As international and domestic media report “infamous” Hague tribunal I.C.T.Y. (International criminal tribunal for former Yugoslavia) delayed once again final sentencing of Dr. Vojislav Seselj, for 30^th. October…

Mr. Seselj has been accused by ICTY for “war crimes” against Croats and Muslims, although at the time these crimes allegedly took place he did not hold any government’ executive of political position. He was at that time leader of the political opposition, who was as well subjected to prosecution by the regime of (then) Serbian president Slobodan Milosevic…

Mr. Vojislav Seselj (at that time university professor of law) has been imprisoned by ICTY since 24 February 2003, until present days, without being found guilty of the above crimes, or given a final verdict.

The true reasons for such unlawful and inhumane imprisonment (Mr. Seselj has developed very serious medical issues, while in ICTY custody) were published by former ICTY prosecutor Carla Del Ponte…

…She wrote in her memoirs that she was contacted by former Serbian president (in 2003) Zoran Djindjic who “delivered” Mr. Seselj to ICTY with next words: “Take him to Hague and don’t return him back”.

At the time Mr. Seselj was imprisoned by ICTY he was the most prominent political figure from the ranks of Serbian opposition, and his political party SRS threatened to took over the corrupted and openly Pro-Western puppet government, led by Zoran Djindjic…..

TRAVESTY OF “HAGUE JUSTICE”…

Mr Vojislav Seselj has been imprisoned innocent (until proven guilty) in Hague (ICTY) for over 10 years… 30th October 2013 (the date for, ICTY delayed its final verdict) will mark 10 years and 8 months of his imprisonment without being found guilty for his practically political „verbal offenses“.

The case of judicial abuse unknown in a modern history of law practice in „civilized“ countries!?

Serbian officials, who completely submitted themselves to the idea of imaginary EU membership, at present days yield to all blackmails from Brussels and Washington…

…And they still refuse to join Russian state’ attempts to shut down this monstrous and „anti-Serbian“ tribunal; Where „everybody is innocent until proven Serb„.

ICTY records speak for themselves (96.8% of verdicts in Hague were issued to Serbs- Serbs were sentenced to 1.112,5 years of jail time- Non-Serbs only to 50,5 years)
